CommTech PowerSearch(tm) Shareware Edition License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or
an entity), the end user, and Communication Technology Group
International [CommTech(tm)].  You should carefully read the
following terms and conditions before using CommTech PowerSearch
Shareware Edition.  Using this program indicates your acceptance
of these terms and conditions.  If you do not agree to the terms
of this Agreement, do not use CommTech PowerSearch.

You assume responsibility for the selection of the program(s) to
achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and
results obtained from the program(s).

CommTech Software License

I. GRANT OF LICENSE - This CommTech License Agreement
("License") permits you to use CommTech PowerSearch Shareware
Edition.  You are also permitted distribute as many copies of
this program as you wish provided that you include full,
unmodified versions of the following files:

2. COPYRIGHT.  CommTech retains all rights to this software,
including copyrights.  The SOFTWARE is owned by CommTech and is
protected by United States copyright laws and international
treaty provisions.  These rights are not given up or limited in
any way by granting you permission to use, copy or distribute
this program.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This CommTech License Agreement is your
proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein and must
be retained by you.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE.  You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

4. TERM. This License is effective until terminated.  You may
terminate it at any time.  It will also terminate upon
conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you fail
to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This software is provided "as is."   CommTech disclaims all
warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited
to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE, the
accompanying written materials, and any accompanying hardware.

CommTech does not warrant that the functions contained in the
program(s) will meet your requirements or that the operation of
the program(s) will be uninterrupted or error free.


NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall
CommTech or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or
other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to
use this CommTech porduct, even if CommTech has been advised of
the possibility of such damages.  Because some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential
or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to
you.

No modification of this agreement shall be effective unless in
writing and signed by you and CommTech.  This Agreement
constitutes our entire agreement concerning the subject matter
hereof.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be
unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be
severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

The SOFTWARE and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED
RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Governement is
subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii)
of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) of the Commercial
Computer Software--Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as
applicable.  Contractor/manufacturer is CommTech/25 Science

This agreement is governed by the law of the State of
Connecticut.

and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.  You further
agree that it is the complete and exclusive statement of the
agreement between us which supersedes any proposal or prior
agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between
us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
